Item, the software development division of UNIS, provides cutting-edge solutions for streamlined logistics operations. As a 3rd party logistics company with over 50 facilities across the US, I played a key role in their digital transformation. During my time there, I led the redesign of their company website, maintained their design system, and developed user flows to enhance their internal logistics software, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly experience for their operations.
The transformation of Item has been extensive. Formerly known as Opera8, the company recently changed it's title to Item. This change brought a new design direction, and after many iterations, we eventually made a product that satisfied stakeholders and customers. During this company-wide rebrand, I worked with 2 other UX Designers to create a streamlined customer experience for their company website.
